OTCnet Local Bridge (OLB) Training Opportunities
The OTCnet Team is excited to announce that we are offering a variety of OLB training sessions from September 2018 through February 2019. These sessions last between 15 to 30 minutes and focus on how to complete specific onboarding activities for your OLB rollout.
To customize your learning experiences, we are offering two different types of training:
- Just in Time - 15-minute live demonstrations on how to complete specific OLB activities such as configuring your Internet Explorer settings, installing the OLB, or importing the OLB profile.
- Troubleshooting Brown Bags - 30-minute sessions focused on how to solve commonly encountered roadblocks such as verifying installation of the OLB certificate or changing your OLB password. These sessions are an open forum for you to ask specific questions about the OLB rollout process to the Customer Support and Agency Adoption teams.
