
System Requirements
TCIS requires specific software, hardware, and connections to function correctly. To ensure that TCIS can be used on your machine, consult the list below.
Non-Public Key Infrastructure (Non-PKI) Requirements
To access TCIS via the extranet, a User ID and Password are required. This method capitalizes on an existing trusted network-to-network connection between the Agency and KROC.

- Internet Explorer 6.0 and above. Does not work on Firefox or Google Chrome.

Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Requirements
To access TCIS via the extranet, a User ID and Password are required, which are contained on a fob (PKI credentials). You can set up TCIS on both your laptop and desktop, but must load the relevant software on each computer.
PIV/PIV-1 Credentials
PIV/PIV-I Credentials can be used for authentication into the TCIS Application. Fiscal Service's CASS (Certificate Activation and Self Service) provides a secure, reliable and automated way to link a user’s PIV/PIV-I credential to their SSO account.
Accessing Training or Subsystems Requirements
To access the computer-based training (CBT) CD-ROM of the integrated view and transmittal control and disbursing office maintenance subsystem (TCDOMS), ensure your computer meets the following requirements
- Sound Card & Speakers:
- In order to use the audio portion of the CBT, a sound card and speakers are needed. If no sound card/speakers are available, the CBT can still be accessed for the video portion of the training.
