Enterprise Reference Data
Agencies exchange information with each other as trading partners. We help each trading partner set up a way to automatically get certain information from the Shared Accounting Module (SAM). This automated information is Enterprise Reference Data (ERD).
SAM can send ERD to trading partners in various formats. We work with your agency to set up a format that works for your system.
As of now, SAM can give trading partners this ERD:
- Agency Location Codes (ALCs)
- Treasury Account Symbol / Business Event Type Codes (TAS/BETCs)
As of February 2026, TAS-BETC and ALC REST APIs will be available in Mulesoft Exchange for SAM partner use. For more information on how to access and integrate the APIs, please view the following documents:
