Hello FM QSMO Agency Partners,

Proposed updates to the Financial Management Capability Framework (FMCF), which include the Federal Financial Management (FFM) business and data standards, have been posted on Regulations.gov and are now open for review and comment. The comment period is open for 39 days, closing on August 15, 2025.

Your feedback is important as the FMCF is the set of standards and capabilities that define a federal baseline of capabilities for solutions and services in the FM QSMO Marketplace. The FMCF is used as the basis for evaluating submissions to be added to the FM QSMO Special Item Number (SIN) on the GSA Multiple Award Schedule. The FMCF updates are scheduled to be published in November 2025.
