For Financial Institutions

Financial institution users may have either of the user roles listed below (one role per person):

• Bank Management Reporter (BMR) – Enters monthly BMI data for a financial institution.
• Local Security Administrator (LSA) – Manages user permissions for a financial institution.

To request access to BMS:

• Contact your financial institution's Local Security Administrator (if you are not sure who your LSA is, contact the BMS Support Team as indicated below)
  
  –Or–
• Fill out a BMS FI User Authorization form and submit it to the BMS Enrollment Mailbox at BMS@stls.frb.org.

For Bureau of the Fiscal Service and Federal Reserve Banks:

Fiscal Service and Federal Reserve Bank user roles are predefined, and some role(s) are restricted to specific user groups. Bureau of the Fiscal Service or Federal Reserve employees requiring access to the BMS system should complete a BMS FRB FS User Authorization Form and submit it to the BMS Enrollment Mailbox at BMS@stls.frb.org
