OTCnet Peak Processing Period
Please be advised that the OTCnet application is entering its peak processing period, which will run from late March until the end of June 2026. To ensure batches are processed the same business day, we ask that agencies approve and upload batches in OTCnet by 8:00pm ET. All batches approved and uploaded after that time are subject to processing the following business day. Also, the OTCnet Team recommends dividing large groups of checks into smaller batches to ensure processing without issue.
OTCnet Refresher Webinar Series
Join us for OTCnet 2026 Spring Refresher Webinars that will include training tips and how-to-instructions to help improve your performance in the OTCnet application. You'll be provided with an opportunity to ask live questions, receive expert advice, and identify resources to help you navigate your tasks more efficiently.
Managing Users in OTCnet (Tuesday, April 21, 2026, 1:30 PM ET)
This session will focus on OTCnet user management. We will review the needed steps on how to authenticate and create new users in OTCnet and how to provision, modify, and remove user roles and endpoints. We highly encourage Primary/Local Security Administrators (PLSA/LSAs) and Accounting Specialists to attend this webinar and learn about best practices in user management.
OTCnet Deposit Processing Overview (Tuesday, May 12, 2026, 1:30 PM ET)
This session will review the Deposit Processing user roles and common workflows in the OTCnet application. We'll walk through how to accomplish tasks such as creating, modifying, confirming or rejecting a deposit and searching for a deposit and creating a credit/debit adjustment for a deposit. We highly encourage all Deposit Processing roles (e.g. Deposit Preparer/Confirmer) to attend this webinar.
OTCnet Training
The OTCnet Training Site offers User Guides, step-by-step Printable Job Aids, and training tutorials for key OTCnet user roles to help Agencies, Financial Institutions (FIs), and the Federal Reserve Bank (FRB) with a wide range of topics and user tasks. The Training Overview website offers user-friendly guidance for onboarding, updates, and current training offerings.
