The Print Sale/Print Refund Receipt button displays different text depending on the transaction status.

  • If the transaction has a status of Processed, the button label states Print Sale Receipt, enabling you to print the Approved Payment receipt.
  • If the transaction has a status of Refunded, the button label for credit cards is Print Refund Receipt and the label is Print Cash Refund Receipt for debit cards to enable you to print the Approved Refund receipt.
