If you are assigned the role of Check Capture Supervisor (CCS) or Check Capture Lead Operator (CCLO) you are the only authorized users who can edit a check within a batch. You can only edit checks in batches for OTC Endpoints that you have permission to access.
You may choose to edit a check if the data entered in the amount or user defined fields were found to be incorrect.
