If "Duplicate Check Detected" displays during the check scanning process, an operator may consider the following actions:

  • Rescan the check
  • Edit MICR to correct the MICR line
  • Accept the check (requires a CCS to log in to OTCnet to authorize)
  • Cancel the check (recommended)
