To help prevent duplicate processing of checks, checks may be hand stamped (e.g., Electronically Processed ) after the transaction is complete and the check has been scanned.
The EC7000i and Panini I:Deal scanners can also be setup to automatically stamp the front of the check with the words, once the transaction is complete. This will require the purchase of a Franker.
