The KFC Payment Management Call Center was established to provide assistance to the general public, federal agencies, and financial institutions on questions related to Treasury sponsored programs and Treasury disbursed payments.
Common questions and topics include ASAP.gov enrollment, payment, and application issue questions; child support payment inquiries or questions regarding matters related to conversion of payments to EFT; ITS.gov password resets, payment and application issues, enrollment, or miscellaneous issues; unidentified payments received by a customer; updates or changes to the Treasury Offset Program, and more.
SPS/PAM/PIR Help Desk816-414-2340
The Help Desk assists SPS, PAM, and PIR users with password resets, name changes, or Ikey replacement requests, updates to PKI credentials or PIN numbers, questions related to installation of SPS, issues related to installed versions of Java, and more.
