
International Treasury Services
The Bureau of the Fiscal Service enables federal agencies to make international payments to over 240 countries in more than 100 currencies. These payments are processed through the International Treasury Services (ITS.gov) web application.
Federal agencies can use ITS.gov to issue payments in either foreign currency or U.S. dollars, depending on their specific needs. The platform supports both one-time and recurring payments, including those for vendors, benefits, payroll, and other purposes.
Free for Federal Agencies
There is no cost to federal agencies to use ITS.gov. The U.S. Treasury pays all transaction fees associated with processing international payments and collections.
