The 4th Annual IPP Agency Forum and User Group Meeting


The 4th Annual Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) Agency Forum and User Group Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, May 11, 2016, at the GSA Headquarters Building, located at 1800 F Street NW, in Washington DC.

Please join the IPP team to hear new perspectives on how IPP is improving government efficiency and customer service through electronic invoicing.

The event will include a morning general session with updates from the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Bureau of the Fiscal Service. There will also be a panel discussing the benefits of IPP to the federal government.

Guest speakers include:

  • Wanda Rogers, Deputy Commissioner, Bureau of the Fiscal Service, U.S. Department of the Treasury
  • John Hill, Assistant Commissioner, Bureau of the Fiscal Service, U.S. Department of the Treasury

Afternoon breakout sessions include:

  • IPP 201: Beyond the Basics – Learn about implementing IPP including key steps, success criteria, prerequisites and functional options, roles and responsibilities, implementation project plan details, vendor enrollment and agency next steps.
  • User Group Meeting (open to current IPP agency users only) – Learn about upcoming potential enhancements for Release 4.1, hear an overview of Procurement Instrument Identifier (PIID), discuss template interface compliance, and network with other colleagues using IPP.

Registration will close by May 4, 2016, or earlier if the meeting is full.
