What are the Enrollment Steps?

Federal Agencies

  1. Send an e-mail to asaphelpdesk@fiscal.treasury.gov or dial 855-868-0151 (option two; option three) to schedule an initial consultation
  2. Complete an Agency Questionnaire and attend the initial consultation
  3. Sign an Agency Memorandum of Understanding and establish a project team
  4. Initiate your federal agency’s online enrollment
  5. Conduct a kick-off meeting
  6. Complete your federal agency’s enrollment
  7. Conduct quality assurance and user acceptance testing
  8. Initiate online enrollment for each of your Recipient Organizations
  9. Complete online enrollment for each of your Recipient Organizations
  10. Go live!

Recipient Organizations

  1. Receive an invitation to enroll from a federal agency
  2. Complete online enrollment
  3. Start making payment requests through ASAP.gov
