WEBINAR: Improving Improper Payments One Process at a Time

The Bureau of the Fiscal Service, Debt Management Services (DMS) will host a webinar workshop on Improving Improper Payments One Process at a Time. This session is being offered to all federal employees who were unable to attend our 2017 annual symposium in June, and will cover the same material as the on-site session at that event. Please do not register if you participated in the symposium. There is no charge for this training.

This Do Not Pay (DNP) webinar session will focus on the Business Process Management (BPM) service DNP offers, and will provide a brief background and an overview of the benefits of using BPM to prevent improper payments through mapping processes, identifying points where DNP can have the most impact for your agency. If you're not familiar with BPM, this will be an opportunity to learn and find a service that could facilitate the change for which your agengy has been searching.

DMS will send out Webinar sign-on access and handout information to registered attendees prior to the training.
